I’m not crying, you’re crying.

First off, what an amazing tournament! The participants showcased incredible skills. The producers and editors put in remarkable effort, as did all the hands involved in the production. The viewers also played a significant role. The golf was interesting to watch – drama, digs, and really focused efforts. The episodes never lost my interest. They mixed a lot of golf with the right amount of fan/supporter commentary. And with millions and millions of views how can anyone say this wasn’t a seminal golf moment. The golf world has changed as of now. You may not fully realize this moment until months or years down the road. But it has.

For the 6th and final episode, I must say… how F’ing poetic. , , is trending and the reasons are abundantly clear. He always removed his cap, he was generous with wisdom and cordial interactions, a real throw back gentleman of golf. PGA Pros everywhere should be proud. And clearly his life was ripped from us FAR too soon. Him crying on 18 made me cry. Legit.

As for Mo and Paige, your actions don’t look great. Paige’s can slide for sure, but Mo I am side-eyes at you for the slope fiasco. Innocent until proven guilty, but the circumstantial evidence sings brother.

Francis and Mr. Dalke (no long Brad or Dalke, bu Mr. Dalke) we’re golf terrorists. They literally stoked golf terror in the hearts of the field.

And, Frankie, sadly for you, you know why they call you “butter knives.” Now we all know for sure. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. You are someone who is really influential in expanding the game of golf to the common man. That is just why the irony of you hitting it across the 18th into the water is so fitting. It creates a perfect conclusion. I know it stings for you but it actually makes you so much more likable and lovable. Embrace it for now, your’s is still to come. Charge on.
