In my world of DraftKings sports betting I only ever bet $5 bets. We like to call them “mortgages”. No matter what I say or text, even if hyperbolically dramatic, like “I just quadruple mortgaged Dick Fowler to win his match”, I didn’t. I only bet $5 at a time. No matter what I say.
Having said that, let’s try to pick a couple bets this week and every week hereafter and then again on the eve of the Ryder Cup to see how the odds have changed and if I still hold the opinion that the bets remain solid.
- Winner – Europe +135
That’s it. That’s only bet available on August 29, 2023 (I get it. The US announced it’s final roster just today and Europe still has time before they do. That’s why doing a bet post regularly leading up to the tee off in Rome could be interesting.
PS. USA to win is -140 and a TIE is +1200.
